Avocado issue

We have an avocado in the conservatory and was doing great, untill I looked this morning and some of the leaves look like this attached

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Blackening leaf tips on avocado is probably caused by mineral salts being built up in the soil from either the water or more likely from synthetic fertilizers. Being in a pot it can be flushed.

What do you mean by "flushed"?

What do you mean by "flushed"?

Just run water through the soil to remove the salts. The salts are crystal in form and will wash away. Basically all you are doing is washing the soil
