Arrowhead Plant - Spots on underside of leaves

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering what’s afflicting my arrowhead plant. Only a few leaves have spots on the underside but I’m wondering what it is and how to fix it before it worsens. The spots rub off easy enough. Could be nothing?

Thanks for the reply The plant did suffer from some pests over the summer, so it could definitely have some sooty mould from then. I’ll give the leaves a good clean and keep my eye on them. I appreciate your help!
