Are these springtails?!

They don't seem to jump. I haven't seen any gnats flying around either

Hello @romas... and welcome to the forum. They certainly look like springtails to me. Good for clearing up the litter and often found in wet weather. I`ve only ever seen them cause problems when they get into the mushroom stalks, otherwise we ignore them.
If you have frogs toads or newts to feed you can buy colonies of them on eBay for about 50 quid
