Apricot season 2019

I'll be Jammin tonight, but for now I have started about 10 gallons of apricot wine. We have several trees, most are in full fruiting.

Apricot jam,....time to make a chocolate cake and use some of the jam on top and between layers. If no time to bake a cake the quick and dirty, a slice of toasted brioche with layers of nutella and apricot jam.
