Apple tree isse

So I have a 5in 1 apple tree two of the branches haven't really grown since planted 4 months ago.

They see to be having thse spots on leaves any idea if this is Normal if not what is the issue, and how to tackle it.

Aphids? leaves curling is usually a symptom of animal attack rather than fungal, but there is definitely something that needs treating.

Aphids often attacks and they are harmful for the plants, they just destroy the plants. It stop the growth of plant. Spray some lime sulphur to your apple tree don't overuse it just add a bit to the tree after sometime you will see your apple tree is fine and healthy.
