Apple tree disease

Hello
I’m trying to identify the disease on my apple tree. I don’t know how old the tree is, I moved here 4 years ago and I think whatever is, is spreading into the top of the tree. I sprayed it with Cooper sulphate and lime mixture.

As far as I know it is safe. As the infection increases production decreases.
