Apple, Pear and Plum Trees

Good Evening All,

Looking for advice as to whether it's too late or not too prune back fruit trees.

I'm in Ireland, currently mornings are averaging 6'c and warm during the day.

Frost Is coming soon, after last crop came in, I meant to prune back but it didn't happen unfortunately.

Should i wait till spring or prune?

Probably still get away with the apple and pear, they will be semi dormant, but plum should be pruned in Summer or it can pick up infection.
