Any info about this clivia..

I have this clivia it flowered than droped flowers...itonly about 1 month that i brought it...why are leaves a bit yellow? When can i repot? When can i water and fertilize? Any advice plss???..here photo posted..

This Clivia miniata looks healthy. Don't be too concerned about the discolration on the oldest leaf. Oldest leaves will be relapced ny new leave sif the plant is growing well. Keep the spoil mist but well-drained and fertilize regularly. Clivia are tolerant of low light, but indoors keep it near a window. Bright indirect light would be best. I would also gently clean it's leaves to remove any dust or fertilizer residue. This is mostly for aesthetic reasons, but afterall it is an ornamental plant.
