Any idea what this plant is

Hi All

Moving into a new house and worried that this plant could be poisonous to children and pets. Any ideas. Had thought blueberry but the berries seems to split into three

We think it is Hypericum Tutsan ....Commonly known as St John`s wort - here`s some from our garden Lots of seeds and berries in the garden and in hedgerows are capable of making you sick, and some are highly dangerous. Generally it`s a good idea to teach children never to touch any of them.
I have found that my dogs never seem to bother with anything out there that would harm them - maybe they just have enough sense to 'know' Here is the flower Welcome to the forum by the way
