Anthurium leaves burn

I have this anthurium for about 6 weeks now and the leaves start to get like burned. It's not placed in direct sun and it's about two meters far from the window..When I reported I tried to separate it by running water to the roots but still I couldn't and I reported how it was. Could it t be I did the damage by running water to the soil ?. About water I don't give much I just water when the top soil is dry . I use phostrogen all purpose plant food as I read that they need phosphorus but only once I did.
