Anthurium leaf problems

Hello,
My anthurium leaves are turning brown with a yellow border. Do you know what this is and how to treat it?

It looks like over watering maybe, what have you got it in? Could do with a bigger picture.

Not sure what potting medium, I haven’t repotted it since I bought it. It’s still in a grow pot with drainage and I just use a cover pot.

I will hold back on the waterings and probably add some bark to the soil when I repot it.
