Anthracnose on Mango Tree

Can anyone help with removing Anthracnose on my Mango tree.
So much fruit, but just falling from tree.
I tried the Betadine recipe, but not worked.
Really don't want to use chemicals.
Did water in Neem oil a few times.
But if anyone has a "worked well natural remedy", I'd be much obliged.

Once a fungus attacks a plant, whatever damage it did is done. If you are able to stop the fungus with something, the scarring will still be there so it may not appear that what you used to kill the fungus actually worked.
