Any help is greatly appreciated . I have 10 apple tree cutting a I am trying to root. I used 1/2 peat 1/2 sand.
After a few weeks , out 6 had started growing leaves , but now only 3 seem to be doing well. I went to plant the 3 cuttings And they didn’t have any roots.
My question is , after you start seeing some growth, at what point do you plant the tree?
Also, when you receive cuttings in the mail, should you do a fresh cut before dipping I’m rooting powder etc..?
