The weather has been cool with no Sun so production is low. Sun is out today.

It is our first fresh vegetable in the Spring. A most welcome treat. Rhubarb comes up at the same time

Almost identical IMO. Both, rhubarb and asparagus, keep fresh for a reasonable time.

The problem I have with asparagus, is the fact that I can eat the whole season's worth in one sitting. Asparagus is the bacon of vegetables. I love it! There's actually another problem with this food........in one word........ "urine"
some will understand, and some won't............

It is delicious yes. Is it a vegetable that you can cut off and more will grow?
