Four liters of Kale and Zucchini were made. Method was my standard. Wash, smaller pieces, cook and make a homogenous slurry, strain 2mm mesh screen,put through a Champion juicer for maximun nutrients,fill liter jars and pressure cook at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage. The produce was purchased from a supplier.
