Is there a reason for starting with seeds vs clones? When I grew those types of flowers I learned each seed is a process of fertilization between one Male one female plant. The plants could all be from the same mommy plant or strain but depending on what Male pollinated the flower could cause mix breeds. Also just like people 2 plants from the same parents can make very different plants. AKA you may not look like / act like your brothers. If you need any help in this area it is my strength, veggie farming is something I just started and I am very new at. I don't have anything to do with green flowers anymore, not really my thing.

I don't have access to clones. I grew a few plants and got a zillion Afghani seeds from seeds ordered off the Internet. They all germinated so I am planning on growing four plants in the outdoor garden. All relatively new to me so I have a lot to learn. I don't smoke so experiment with tinctures and edibles to some degree. Canada Government made marijuana legal this year for four plants for recreational uses. Medical uses have been available for some time.

This is the plants after ten days growth. They were started about 25 March 2019. Thy are under a LED lamp in a bucket with a fan to gently agitate the plants to make strong stems. Marijuana has very weak stems when very young and they tend to be leggy without agitation and a strong light. Sunlight being the best light.

14 April 2019 Marijuana (After 20 days growth under LED lamp)

This is showing growth after 20 days from seed.I use LED lamps which work fine. I can squeeze 6 growing cups in a 23 liters pail. There is a small fan installed to cause some agitation on the stems to add strength. This is to start the seeds and they will be grown outside when the weather warms up.

29 April 2019 Marijuana Transplanting

These plants are about 30 days planting from seeds. The roots are starting to be crowded so the plants were placed in larger containers. A sandwich bag was placed in the pot to prevent soil from escaping from the drainage holes. They may have to be moved to a large pot, depending upon how much they grow, since they cannot be placed outdoors for about another month due to frost.

There are several large plants in the garden. I am monitoring the trichomes using a digital USB microscope. They have a bit of maturing. to go yet. I can easily see the mushroom trichomes, but they are all still crystal like.
