This onion has no bite and makes an excellent sandwich onion. It grows well in my garden.

Nice onions; must say I prefer more pungent, but that's a personal taste.
Sweet onions don't tend to store well, in my experience, how long do they keep?

You may be right but I have never had any spoil, probably since they were used before given a chance. I often juice them with other vegetables.
