G90 bi color sweet corn is ripe. It claims to be a 90 day corn but it is always 80 days for us in Murfreesboro TN. We put 30 pints in zip lock bags in the freezer.

Looks delicious! Glad you dont waste it. Looks like you need to invest in one of those circular corn cutters that you just push down over the cob. Maybe you have and didnt like the results.
