2 questions about jasmine cuttings

Attached is my 3 Arabian jasmine cuttings. I have the below two questions please

1) Right now I put them in an indirect sun area. Do you think these cuttings are ready for a place that has more sun?

2) They seem to grow slow, should I move them into bigger pots?

1. Check that root development is matching or exceeding shoot development. If so, these cuttings can receive more light.

2. Wait until they are larger before transplanting them to a larger pot.
