The last of the sweet potatoes were dug. One was dug abut a week ago and the total weight from four plants was about 15 pounds. Good quality.
They are dried a bit and stored in the root cellar and used as required.

Just got on the gardening forum, so hopefully you'll see this late response to your post. Am thinking about starting some sweet potatoes this next summer. Saw that you had 3 plants. What was the yield on them? Trying to figure out how many I should plant. Of course want enough, but know how easily a garden can produce an overabundance.

The pictures depict three plants. One container is missing. Good yield is about 5 pounds per plant.
They keep well in a bit of a cold room in for several months.
