Home made bean sauce was made to enhance the flavour previously cooked dried beans. The ingredients were a liter of tomato juice, a liter of seven mixed vegetables, two chopped onions, chopped garlic bulb not shown, some mustard, some horseradish, soy sauce, molasses, salt and pepper. The chopper is shown which makes processing garlic and onions easy. The ingredients were simmered for about half an hour. The beans will be mixed with the sauce and stored in plastic containers in the refrigerator.
