About seven pounds (3300 grams) of black currants were picked and turned into 9 liters of pressure canned juice. The strained residue was small quantity and mostly seeds so the Champion Juicer was not used. The berries were picked in clusters and cleaned after picking. Pictures depict the process method.

Last of Black Currants were picked and processed. Total was 13 one liter jars.
