I have sprayed my plants with Neem oil mixed with soap & water as directed. My question is the Neem oil is listed as same day harvest, I don't need to harvest but my dogs eat my lemon grass and need to know how long I need to keep them away from it. I keep my pots of lemon grass on the back patio where the dogs are when they go out.

It's perfectly safe for your pets. In fact neem is used in some toothpastes and cosmetics. I would wait until it dries before letting my pets loose though
