WHAT'S LOOKING GOOD IN NOVEMBER 2018

they are. tree form lilacs called 'boomerang'. planted this summer as part of the pool project-hopefully will grow into a nice interwoven canopy on the backside of the new pool, surrounded by dwarf hydrangea and fountain grass, which will fill in for a great poolside visual.

yup. I see you're in Conn. when was the hydroseeding done?-it's getting a little late in the season for your zone to produce a lot of germination. I seeded this area at my place in SW Ohio 2nd week of September-with great results, as the weather was perfect. this pic was taken about 5 days after...

    Already started spring project

good stuff! nice little "otherworld" back there... design with a touch of fantasy never gets old or outdated, that place will still intrigue fifty years from now.

you really need to get a drone view of your place to put it all in perspective. talk about the "Romanesque" overhead feature. How was that designed and crafted? Or was that some found artifact that was brought onsite? very unique, and quite an architectural statement!

    Not looking good.....

you are indeed some very fortunate people-from what's been shown on the news there are some areas that really took an extreme hit. can't imagine riding that one out and the aftermath, which is hard to even look at!
