So over the weekend I dug out a corner of my yard and used old besser bricks and offcuts of wood to make a veggie patch. Just getting the plants in throughout the week, can't wait to share progress.

LOVE that you've incorporated upcycling into this - I adore it when things get a new lease on life in such a productive way!

Can't wait to see the veggie patch as it progresses!

It looks very organized. I am glad you have a nice veggie patch. It should sustain you throughout the winter. I think more people should become involved in growing their own vegetables. You will be able to do a great job with it.

This is how gardening should be done. We don't have to spend hundreds of dollars to have a nice garden. As a frugal gardener, to reuse, recycle, and repurpose are the ways to have a nice garden without it crushing one's budget.

Job well done! I can't wait to see your updates!
