Ok thanks .

I have some in pots and did not recognize yours as so much bigger then the one's I have in pots but plan to put them in half barrel pots this month.

I have Borneo Elephant ear in the soil which has thrived and spread but the soil here in Miami is poor so when planted the upright Portodora tried those large Homedept square pots and looks like to small .

DrCase: If I planted this, I would have no garden left! Your better half? Nice to see people in photos on the forum.

I looked in to gunneras before I like the look of them , I don’t remember why I don’t have one .
they are not common here.

its a cross of a jungle plant developed in south Florida

it likes hot humid air

This one has one advantage: At least, you and yours won't be scratched and the brillo pad feel is not exactly as smooth as this one! Well done!
