Lily's are just starting to bloom. The new hydrangea seemingly likes its new home. And others.....

Your garden is absolutely beautiful, Big Lou!:D Thank you for sharing these pictures. I especially love the second one, those flowers look beautiful together! I also like the wooden paths:)

It is important to note that except for the small yellow flowers in front of the boulder the all other plants are either evergreens or perennials. A flowering perennnial flowering ground cover will replace the annuals in front of the border by this fall or next spring.

Forgot. The hydrangea will grow to 4' > high and wide. Glad we allowed sufficient room. This particular species has the longest blooming season of any we have ever seen.

Lovely garden Big Lou. I'm a fan of the undulating garden beds too. Very pretty lace cap hydrangea. I waiting for mine to grow too. Could you please tell me the name of the lovely plant with the deep red leaves and little white flowers?

To be honest I've forgotten. Will look at the planting plan and get back with you.
Thanks.

Thanks Sheal. I'm a bit aghast as I have a real problem with oxalis but it's obviously a different strain.
