ID of this plant in my garden

I am very curious of the identification of this plant in my garden, could somebody, anybody please help me identify it :)

Hey there! Thanks! I am loving the forum so far, I live in the US, south east Texas near the gulf coast. I am not too sure about the hardness zone, though most of the natural soil is hardened clay. I am growing my plants in some store bought miracle grow soil if that helps. Also I just remembered putting pieces of potatoes in my garden to observe their regenerative abilities, it seems that is the cause of this new plant in my melon garden lol the new potatoe plant should produce multiple potatoes right? Would the harvest shock the root system of any nearbye plants when the time comes to extract the mature potatoes from the soil?
