This is my routine breakfast, consumed immediately after rising in the morning. It consists of previously prepared products, peas, nixtamalized corn, hummus, gruel and soy beans, and molasses and skim milk. A glass of mixed juice is prepared and will be consumed in about an hour after a three km walk with the dog, Ginny.

Kibble 6 days a week with a piece of toast, some times a full breakfast on Sunday.

For kibble like Cap,n Crunch w Crunch Berries, just finished a box of Fruit Loops, like Frosted Flakes to, I treat myself to Lucky Charms on vacations or if they are on sale.
