Moderation Guidelines:

Our first priority at Gardening Forums is to ensure that friendly discussion can flow freely on the site. However, there are times that moderators and administrators may have to step in and lock a topic, remove/edit content, or even ban a member in extreme circumstances. We have a zero tolerance policy on spam, and aim to remove it as quickly as possible.

Unacceptable content includes:

  • Spam
  • Pornography
  • Trolling
  • Personal Attacks
  • Profanity

Other content (out of the scope) of this list may be deemed unacceptable at the discretion of the administrators/moderators and may be removed.

Separate to obvious spam content, we would ask that members refrain from posting repeated links to their own websites/blogs/social-media. If there is particular relevancy in posting your link and it is only occasional, then that is perfectly acceptable - however self-promotion is not.
